  • 2022/2023: We facilitated both the purchase and sale of 1047 Richmond, a former car dealership located near the future New Orchard LRT stop. Acquired by Fengate Asset Management for >$30M with a  significant density bonus, this TOD site was originally forecasted to be three towers, with heights of 36, 38, and 40 stories, totaling 1,343 residential units.  Clients: Rimosa Holding and Fengate.  

475 Terry Fox, Ottawa

2024/2025

  • Buyer: Ironclad Development
  • Sale Price: $6.12M

265 Catherine

2021: Representing Brigil, one of Quebec’s largest developers, we facilitated the acquisition of 265 Catherine Street, the former Greyhound bus station. Originally projected as a two-tower site, our negotiations led to a revised vision for three towers ranging from 26 to 40 stories, totaling 1,032 units at buildout. The purchase price was $24M. 


1500 Merivale

2021: we played a key role in the transaction of 1500 Merivale, bridging Osmington Inc. (private equity) and Claridge (local developer) to divest and acquire the site for $12M. The property, spanning 6.2 hectares, allowed for a site plan application of five buildings totaling 1,967 units.

Meet the Team

Our primary focus in commercial real estate is the off market acquisition/disposition of high density mixed use development sites for institutional capital and private equity investors.  He is responsible for deal origination and execution creating value by offering density analysis, financial pro forma analysis, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.  Other key markets of focus are affordable housing and long term care housing. He has been involved in negotiations for more than 300M in asset value.   Key clients are Fengate, Extendicare, Main and Main, Groupe Selection, Claridge, Brigil, Osmington.
